You have 6 months from the date of enrolment to complete our courses. If however you require more time, a course extension can be purchased on our website for an additional £49, this will allow you to have a further 12 months to complete your course.

Where do I buy the lash tint from?

Lash tint can be purchased from the link provided here Professional Beauty Products Online – Mylee

How long do I leave the solutions on for?

The timings are listed on the back of our lash lift products, if you have a client with very thick lashes you may add another minute onto their timing but be sure to keep watch on them as you must ensure you do not over process the lashes. If using different brands to Kimberley Grace please ensure to follow manufacturers instructions appropriately.

My lash shields aren't sticking. What else can I do?

-          Once you apply the glue lash shield allow it to then go slightly tacky before applying it to the eyelid, pull the eyelid slightly to get as close to the lash line as possible and hold down to allow time to stick together.

-          When lifting the lashes, hold the shield down with a finger at each end and work in between those fingers gently lifting the lashes.

-          If your client has hooded eyes, tape back their eyelids slightly with lash tape so you can access the lash line easier.

-          You can also cut your lash shield on the ends in order to fit your clients’ eyelids better if they are too small for the shields.

Why am I struggling to get the lashes to lift?

When lifting the lashes be sure to lift a few lashes at a time again allowing the glue to go slightly tacky before lifting and just lifting a few lashes at a time in an upward direction pulling upwards. Then separating the ends of the lashes with your tool once lifted.

What size lash shield should I use?

If the client wants a very tight lift, you may always try to go for the small shield but if the client has very long lashes use a medium as the small will be too small for the lashes and you will achieve a better look using a medium.
